Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Jubilee Debt Relief, Jubilee Relief Hub, 1050 Connecticut Ave, Suite 500, Washington, DC 20036.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the sponsor and their immediate family members and those living in the same household are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period

The giveaway begins September 25, 2026, at [actual launch time] Eastern Time and ends October 16, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the "Promotion Period"). Online entries must be submitted by the end of the Promotion Period. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 16, 2026 and received by October 23, 2026.

4. How to Enter

Online (no purchase required):

1. Complete the free Jubilee Financial Report Card.
2. Review your results and recommended next steps.
3. Select Submit My Giveaway Entry at the end of your results and follow the prompts to receive an entry confirmation.

Completing the Financial Report Card by itself does not constitute an entry — you must submit the separate giveaway entry action. The Report Card grade, recommendations, membership status, and partner selections do not affect eligibility or odds of winning.

Mail-in (no purchase or Report Card required):

To enter by mail without completing the Financial Report Card, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address (optional), and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to:

Limit one entry per person across online and mail-in methods, regardless of method. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. No purchase, payment, membership, partner click, consultation, marketing consent, or completion of any paid product is required to enter or win.

5. Prize & Odds

One (1) prize of $500 (USD) will be awarded. The winner may use the prize toward debt, savings, bills, or another goal of their choice. The prize will be paid to the winner directly; the sponsor does not pay any creditor on the winner's behalf and does not guarantee any particular financial outcome. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on October 27, 2026. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or mail within 3 business days after the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries.

7. General Conditions

This giveaway is void where prohibited and subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding. The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or other issue impairs the integrity of the promotion.

8. Privacy

Information submitted to enter is collected and used as described in the sponsor's Privacy Policy.

9. Winner's List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Jubilee Relief Hub, 1050 Connecticut Ave, Suite 500, Washington, DC 20036 within 30 days after the drawing (i.e., by November 26, 2026).
