Partner Terms & Conditions

By registering as a partner on the Jubilee Relief Hub platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our platform and your relationship with Jubilee as a service provider partner.

As a partner, you agree to: - Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your services - Respond to referrals in a timely and professional manner - Maintain appropriate licenses, certifications, and insurance - Comply with all applicable laws and regulations - Provide quality services to referred participants - Maintain confidentiality of participant information

Jubilee will match participants with partners based on their profile, needs, and your service offerings. Referrals are provided as potential opportunities, and partners are not guaranteed any minimum number of referrals.

Jubilee Relief Hub operates on a partnership-based referral model. Referral fees are not fixed and will be determined through mutual agreement with each partner based on the scope of services, expected volume, and overall value of the partnership.

All referral fee terms, including structure, payment schedule, and performance expectations, will be formally negotiated and documented in a written agreement prior to the commencement of any referral activity. This ensures transparency, alignment, and a clear understanding of responsibilities for both parties.

Jubilee is committed to maintaining fair, compliant, and mutually beneficial partnerships, and will work collaboratively with each partner to establish terms that support long-term success.

Partners must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws. Participant information shared through the platform must be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Jubilee reserves the right to suspend or terminate partner accounts for violations of these terms or for any other reason at its discretion.

Jubilee acts solely as a referral platform and is not responsible for the services provided by partners or the outcomes of any participant-partner relationship.

Jubilee Relief Hub does not guarantee any specific financial outcomes for participants. Partners are solely responsible for the services they provide and any results achieved. Participants are responsible for evaluating and selecting services that meet their individual needs.

Jubilee Relief Hub acts solely as a referral and information platform and does not provide financial, legal, or credit advice. Jubilee is not responsible for the services provided by partners or the outcomes of any participant-partner relationship. Partners agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jubilee Relief Hub from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their services, actions, or failure to comply with applicable laws.

Partners acknowledge that referred participants may be contacted and serviced outside of the Jubilee Relief Hub platform as part of the normal service delivery process. However, partners agree not to bypass or circumvent Jubilee Relief Hub for the purpose of avoiding applicable referral fees or partnership obligations.

Partners further agree that any participant introduced through the Jubilee platform will be subject to the agreed-upon referral terms, regardless of whether engagement continues on or off the platform.

Jubilee reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Partners will be notified of material changes and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
